Committee Members

The Committee comprises the following group of volunteers whose primary responsibility is for the maintenance and upkeep of the roads and surface water sewers*.

The committee meets about 8-10 times a year (subject to work required) and organises an annual meeting for owners. Where necessary they organise other ad hoc owners meetings. They liaise with owners and solicitors during conveyancing and with owners and utility companies to arrange wayleaves and easements.

In 2023/24 they spent a huge amount of time supporting owners to submit responses to two Definitive Map Modification Orders (DMMOs) and produced a new rule book for the estate.
